The Office of the Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Dev. Department, Assam invites eligible candidates for 1 (one) post in the state level and 44 (forty four) post in the District Level purely on Contractual / Temporary basis under Social Assistance Programmes and PMAY-G programme under the Office of the Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam.
These positions are purely temporary in nature and engagement will be for a period of one year only, which may be extended based on performance, but will invariably be co-terminus with the tenure of the Programmes.
- State Finance Officer under State Program management Unit(SPMU) of Social Assistant Programme (State level) ——- No. of Post : 1,
a) Minimum Educational Qualification : M. Com. / MBA with Specialization in Finance / Accounting from a recognized Institute / University with minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
b) Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of post-qualification working experience with industry or in government sector in similar job profile.
c) Remuneration and allowances : Rs.50000/- + Applicable Allowances will be provided.
d) Maximum age 35 years as on 01-01-2022.
- Assistant District Programme Manager under Social Assistance Programme/ PMAY-G (District level) ——- Nos of Posts : 44 (Assistant District Programme Manager under Social Assistance Programme – 33 nos. of posts, Assistant District Programme Manager under PMAY-G (District level) – 11 nos. of posts)
a) Minimum Educational Qualification : Degree in Engineering (CSE/IT)/MCA/M.Sc.(IT/CS) from any recognized University or institution with minimum 60% marks.
b) Work Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in the field of information Technology (IT) / Management Information System (MIS).
c) Remuneration and allowances : Rs.30000/- + Applicable Allowances will be provided.
d) Maximum age 30 years as on 01-01-2022.
Language Skills for both posts : Mandatory knowledge of Reading & Writing in Assamese, English and Hindi languages.
